Life Balance is a centre that has a simple philosophy, treat each individual as we would our own family. To this end, we have brought together a team to assess and treat issues relating to the triad of health. The team at Life Balance are here to support you in your quest for answers to your particular health issues.

What is the benefit of attending Life Balance?

Firstly, we recognise that each individual is a whole person and not just a body part. Secondly, our expertise in reading the whole body thereby treating and supporting the body as a whole system. Life Balance stays up to date with latest research in functional neurology, nutrition, clinical pilates and kinesiology. At the end of the day, the overall picture we take of each person is what provides the centre with the results that it is known for.

The combination of ongoing professional development, in-house training, our philosophy of treating the whole body instead of just individual body parts and clear communication between our services provides you with high quality allied health care.

Often people do not know where to start and they can often ask is it a nerve, muscle, joint or am I just getting old! We can help. If you are not sure if we can help, the clinic provides FREE HEALTH CHECKS to put your mind at ease. Email info@lbhc.com.au or call 9403 3999.

Spring Time

It is that time of the year, more and more people are getting out in the garden and starting exercise regimes for summer.

If you want to start running, try interval running. If you want to redo the garden, work for a set time and then have a break.

If you are not sure how to start or you are getting sore from what you are doing come in and talk to the physio or chiro.

A little bit of this and a little bit of that is a good way to increase your exercise and time in the garden.

We welcome Megan and Natasha to our LBHC front desk team.
