It is that time of the year, more and more people are getting out in the garden and starting exercise regimes for summer.
If you want to start running, try interval running. If you want to redo the garden, work for a set time and then have a break.
If you are not sure how to start or you are getting sore from what you are doing come in and talk to the physio or chiro.
A little bit of this and a little bit of that is a good way to increase your exercise and time in the garden.
